In my final year, we had a project to work with Riverside Dance, a dance studio that had had to close during the Covid pandemic and wanted to rebrand before re-opening their studio.
We got the opportunity to meet the dancers and take photos in their practice session, so I took as many photos as possible so I could utilise them in my designs.
The client wanted something that was approachable, fun, and quirky, that would showcase the collective and create a community of like-minded individuals.
I used the photos I took as the basis for my poster designs and kept them bold but minimal, the main focus being on the dancers.
